Thread and Trimmings supplies a wide range of haberdashery, quality threads and pretty trimmings in various colours, patterns, shapes and sizes.  As the owner of this enterprise, I want you to have the best experience possible while shopping with me. Returns & Refunds

In the mean time, I want you to know that the Distance Selling Regulations afford you the right to return the goods you have purchased within 14 days of your receipt.  I think this is too short and impose no such restriction on time limits.  Regardless of when you bought from me, if for any reason you wish to return the item for a swap or full refund, just contact me by email for an explanation of the returns process.  As they say in the on-line world, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Stock Levels

I will never knowingly display an item for sale when out of stock.  I carry a huge inventory and try to buy in volume, which means more often than not, I will have the item in stock. Nevertheless, should I be caught short of a product, I live very close to my supplier so I can replenish an out of stock item within an hour.

We accept all major secure payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for your convenience.

Privacy

I will never pass any of your personal information over to a 3rd party.

I will use your email address to confirm your order and when your order has been dispatched.

I will never store your financial details, card numbers or postal address.
