Application & Ironing Instructions
For a permanent, wash-resistant bond, follow these application steps carefully:
1. Prepare: Turn the damaged garment inside out and lay the fabric completely flat on a firm base (like an ironing board).
2. Cut to Size: Cut your patch piece so it overlaps the tear by at least 1cm all around. Crucially, round off the corners with scissors to prevent sharp edges from lifting later.
3. Positioning: Place the patch with the glossy, adhesive-coated side facing down onto the damaged area. Cover the patch with a thin pressing cloth or ironing net for protection.
4. Ironing Process:
• For Cotton/Linen: Set iron to Level 2 (Medium Heat) and press firmly with strong pressure for approximately 45 seconds.
• For Delicate Fabrics: Set iron to the maximum allowable temperature safe for that specific garment and press for 45 seconds.
5. Setting the Bond: Allow the patch to cool down for a few minutes, then apply firm pressure and iron over it one final time for about 25–30 seconds. Let the garment cool completely before moving or wearing it.
Garment Care Instructions
• Machine washable up to 40°C (Normal cycle).
• Suitable for professional dry cleaning.
• Iron up to a maximum of 150°C (Level 2).
• Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry.
